Egypt is discussing a regional hub with Alibaba to strengthen e-commerce, supply chains, digital infrastructure, and AI research across Africa. The partnership aims to build a regional digital platform, expand export–import opportunities, and position Egypt as a key logistical gateway supporting the Unified Procurement for Africa initiative.
