The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure in Abu Dhabi has introduced “Ask MOEI,” an AI-powered chatbot on its website designed to assist with a variety of public inquiries and service requests.
From simple questions to complex service-related queries, the chatbot offers fast and accurate responses, providing 24/7 real-time support. Developed in collaboration with the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA), this tool aims to save users time while giving them easy access to essential information and services.
This launch is part of the ministry’s ongoing efforts to adopt digital transformation, enhancing service delivery in line with the “We the UAE 2031” vision. By incorporating advanced technologies, the ministry aims to make its services more efficient and accessible to the public.
