His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain, met with Eric Anziani, President and Chief Operating Officer of Crypto.com, at Gudaibiya Palace yesterday. The meeting focused on Bahrain’s commitment to advancing its financial services and digital technology sectors, key priorities for the kingdom’s comprehensive development under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad.
HRH Prince Salman emphasized the importance of digital transformation in driving progress across key economic sectors and achieving Bahrain’s aspirations. He reaffirmed the kingdom’s dedication to attracting international companies in promising sectors, strengthening Bahrain’s position regionally and internationally, and promoting growth across various industries.
During the meeting, HRH Prince Salman was presented with Crypto.com’s new Mastercard prototype, the first of its kind in the Middle East, which the company plans to issue. Anziani expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to meet the Crown Prince and extended his best wishes for Bahrain’s continued growth and prosperity.
The meeting was also attended by Finance and National Economy Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa and the Governor of the Central Bank of Bahrain, Khalid Humaidan.
