Orange Jordan Launches Initiative to Strengthen Customer Engagement

Reflecting its slogan “Orange is Here,” Orange Jordan has launched a new initiative to enhance direct communication between its employees and customers. On April 15, more than 1,100 employees participated in a nationwide field tour, divided into 233 groups, to meet customers, listen to their feedback, and translate it into actionable steps for a more customer-centric experience.

Eng. Philippe Mansour, CEO of Orange Jordan, joined the initiative, participating alongside members of the executive committee. The initiative was part of a broader strategy by Orange Middle East and Africa (OMEA) Group, launching in 17 countries to improve direct communication with customers and better understand their needs.

Mansour expressed his pride in the initiative, emphasizing that customers are the focus of Orange and the key to the company’s success. He stated that feedback is vital to improving the company’s services and community outreach. He also commended the efforts of Orange Jordan employees, who embody the company’s values and contribute to providing exceptional customer service.

This initiative reinforces Orange Jordan’s role as a leading digital provider in the Kingdom, demonstrating its commitment to customer satisfaction and its ongoing efforts to enhance services based on actual customer needs.
