UAE’s National Security Adviser Sheikh Tahnoon Meets Google CEO to Discuss AI and Tech Collaboration

Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE National Security Adviser and Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi, recently met with Ruth Porat, CEO of Google and its parent company Alphabet, to discuss potential cooperation in the fields of technology and artificial intelligence (AI). The meeting marks a significant step in the UAE’s efforts to strengthen its position in the global digital economy.

During the meeting, Sheikh Tahnoon briefed Porat on the UAE’s ambitious digital transformation plans, highlighting the country’s goal to fully transition the Abu Dhabi government to AI-based systems by 2027.
