Nemetschek and WakeCap Partner to Advance Digital Construction Innovation Across the GCC

Riyadh — The Nemetschek Group, a global leader in software for the Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operations (AEC/O) industry, has announced a strategic partnership with WakeCap Technologies, one of the Middle East’s most advanced construction technology companies. The collaboration aims to accelerate digital transformation across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region by merging Nemetschek’s global software expertise with WakeCap’s real-time, sensor-powered project intelligence platform.

The platform is already mandated by major Saudi projects including Aramco, NEOM, and Qiddiya.
