Batelco, part of the Beyon Group, has partnered with the renowned real estate group Grnata to provide advanced smart solutions for the Golden Gate residential towers project in Bahrain Bay. The agreement was signed by Hassan Al Mushaima, Chairman of Grnata Real Estate Group, and Maitham Abdulla, Chief Executive Officer of Batelco, at Beyon’s headquarters, with representatives from both companies present.
Under this partnership, Batelco will implement state-of-the-art technology solutions to offer a high-end smart living experience for residents of the Golden Gate towers, among the tallest residential buildings in Bahrain. Key deliverables include a customized In-Building Solution (IBS) by Batelco to enhance wireless signal quality and coverage even on the highest floors, ensuring superior connectivity throughout the towers. Additionally, advanced CCTV systems will be installed to bolster security, providing residents with increased peace of mind.
The Golden Gate towers will also feature the latest technology systems, enabling residents to remotely control various aspects of their apartments, such as lighting, air conditioning, windows, curtains, and main door access. These systems will be designed to accommodate future advancements in home automation, ensuring residents benefit from emerging smart home capabilities.
