​Zoom appoints ​Mohannad AlKalash as new managing director for METAP – ESG Mena

Zoom Video Communications, Inc. has appointed Mohannad AlKalash as the new managing director for the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, and Pakistan (METAP), it has been announced.

In his new role, AlKalash will oversee Zoom’s growth journey in METAP, leading efforts to expand and introduce products and solutions aligned with Saudi Arabia’s national transformation through Vision 2030.

Prior to joining Zoom, AlKalash was Regional Sales Manager for Cisco, following a role as a territory manager for strategic accounts in Saudi Arabia’s security, cyber and defence sector. 

It was shared that he is currently a member and advisor on several boards, including CyberxWorld, a multinational cybersecurity awareness platform he founded, as well as Prince Sultan University and Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University. He also holds an MBA from the University of Manchester.
